We are looking for a Demand Planner to
join our exciting company. As Demand Planner you are responsible
for the demand and supply planning activities to secure the availability of our
products complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans,
allocation policies and processes.
This role is critical for the
affiliate business team to ensure operational sales plan is executed with
needed operational discipline and to react appropriately to unplanned events to
maximize sales revenue.
KeyResponsibilities:
Track
shipment against demand plan, analyse “forecast left-to-go” and action key
deviations with the affiliate Sales team.
Analyse
demand trends in the execution window, sense demand changes, provide
information to shape demand
Track
and record actual sales drivers
Collaborate
with regional teams to ensure inventory needed in the affiliate is on time and
to resolve supply gap as needed
Collaborate
with sales & brand team to agree corrective actions

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher inBusiness, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
Direct experience: Fresh Graduate to 3 years’experience
Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, supplyplanning and S&OP
Strong analytical and modeling skills withhands-on experience with statistical forecasting and planning tools
Capabilities:
Strong organizational skills, with ability tosuccessfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
Ability to strategically identify and validateregional / affiliate industry trends and sales drivers
Strong attention to detail – ability toaccurately manage, update, maintain large datasets
Excellent problem-solving skills and quick toreact and respond to changes
Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with ademonstrated ability to get things done
Ability to work within and across multiplefunctional teams, collaborating with sales, Brands locally & Regional
Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
