Job description:
We are looking for a Lab Calibration Engineer to join our Engineering Services team.
Core responsibilities
- Perform calibrations of special noise and vibration sensors and systems in our laboratories
- Prepare equipment for measurement testing
- Continuous optimization of workflows and operating procedures
- Perform periodic Measurement System Analysis/gage R&R on the different calibration processes
- Follow-up of the different maintenance processes and carry out thorough analysis
- Manage laboratory stock
- Maintain reference measurement equipment in the laboratory
Secondary tasks
- Perform diagnostic tasks on incoming products
- Cooperation with audits
- New responsibilities will be added step by step after orientation phase
Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electric, Mechanical, Chemical, Medical or Bio engineering
- Knowledge of NVH is an asset
- Knowledge about Digital Signal Processing
- Siemens Simcenter Test.Lab
- Experience in laboratory work environment is an asset
- Excel, Powerpoint…
- Root Cause Analysis
- Process minded and eye for improvement
- Team player
- Willingness to travel after integration period
- Full English working proficiency, any additional language is an asset
