looking for a motivated Online Coordinator to be in charge of Clinique Benelux’
Official e-shops. As Online Coordinator you are responsible for managing the
overall success of Clinique.be & Clinique.nl. You take care of the
operations of the e-shop to ensure maximum profitability in close collaboration
with the Online Manager and brand. You are eager to learn and looking for a
dynamic job with great variety.
Your responsibilities:
Responsiblefor reaching your store the webstores’ targets.
Optimizationacross online devices with a mobile first mentality.
Responsiblefor maintaining the overall image of the web shop by taking care of visual andproduct merchandising. Managing and updating pages depending on available stock& product launches.
Responsiblefor managing the assets of the e-store by displaying right assets at the righttime according to the brand’s momentums by coordinating monthly refreshes withbrand & technical teams.
Responsiblefor the e-mailing marketing & strategy
Responsibleto attract new customers
Responsibleto drive conversions by creating a monthly promotional plan in combination withefficient pricing and to communicate offers through owned, earned & paidmedia channels
Responsiblefor forecast of new product launches & samples for the e-shop.
Responsiblefor in-depth site analysis: site performance, traffic, e-mail strategy, shoppingbehavior and best-sellers and monthly reporting to brands’ management team
Responsiblefor market and competition analysis
Responsible for P.O accuracy and accounting follow-up: makesure invoices arrive timely, P.O’s are followed-up

Bachelor/Master degree inBusiness/Marketing/Digital/Economics,..
First (1-2 years) online/(digital) marketing experiencewithin a consumer driven environment
Strong ability to collaborate with the brand marketing teamand work in an omnichannel mindset
Team player, sharing skills and initiatives to ensure thebest outcome for the business and teams
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Very strong written skills
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
“Can do” mentality
Flexible, Hands-on approach & eager to learn in aquickly changing digital environment
