We're looking for an intern for our HR department, located in our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

You're looking for an internship to also gain international experience? This could be your chance! From Antwerp our passionate HR team supports all employees of Hunkemöller in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

During your internship you'll be involved in the HR fields Recruitment, HR Administration and you'll support our HR Advisors. Besides the daily activities, you'll be involved in a lot of different HR projects, which will vary due to specific needs and your own interests. You'll support the team with these daily tasks:

• Recruitment for Sales employees: Here you will take responsibility to help our stores to 'Hire for attitude' and play a key role to select the right channels to recruit for the next 'Sheroes' in store who are passionate about World Class Service
• You'll deliver World Class Service yourself to our Sales employees for general HR questions and learn all our procedures and how an HR department for an international Retailer 'runs'
• Within different HR projects you will participate, take initiative and support the team with your creativity
• An accurate HR Administration is the base of the quality of every HR systems success: You will help us to keep an information accurate, find possible mistakes or run reports

YOUR PROFILE:

• In your MBO/HBO/Bachelors level studies with the focus on HR you already finished your first semesters
• You're passionate about different aspects of HR (Recruitment, Administration, Advising) and working for Hunkemöller  
• Your way of working can be described as proactive, precise and also in time of higher work load you know (or want to learn) how to set priorities
• You've great communication and social skills 
• You're either on native language level in either Dutch or French and fluent in English
• You're enrolled in a studies and ideally need to finish a mandatory internship
