Job Description
As a parttime administrative support employee, you will make sure to support the office manager in various tasks. You will be responsible for administrative support, entering invoices in SAP, handling internal communications through the intranet, facility tasks... You will also be in touch with suppliers, follow up on deliveries from A - Z, support on operational tasks etc. You will work a very allround position, with a big variety in tasks.

For our client, a chemical company, located in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a Parttime Administrative Support, to support the Office Manager! You will be working every day in the morning, from 8h30 - 12h30!
Candidate Profile
Do you look back on a strong first experience in an office support position? Do you speak English on a mother tongue level AND do you have an excellent knowledge of French? Do you have experience working with social media, MS Office (especially Excel and PPT)? Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus! Do you work autonomously and proactive? Do you have a positive mindset, a solution-oriented approach and a dynamic attitude? Then you are the candidate we are looking for!
