Job description

As a Junior CRM Marketing Assistant you will serve a vital function in the company, acting as a resource, identifying business and country needs and aligning and managing unified approach across markets.

Some of the specific tasks include:

  • Manage the App CMS to localize content across the region.
  • Translations coordination. Manage all app translations and validations to ensure copy excellence in the app.
  • Work with vendors in managing projects and timely deliver of the same.
  • Push & inbox support. Schedule push and inbox campaigns at a regional/local level when needed.
  • App calendar. Help to build and keep up to date the company’s app calendar that reflects all content and communications for the app, making sure loyalty and transactional priorities are harmonized.
  • Quality assurance check for app content and campaigns (inbox and push).
  • Manage campaigns on marketing automation tools.
  • Support market expansion as per the roll out plan with UAT, GTM, campaign support.
  • Preparing, distributing and presenting performance reports on a regular basis to all key stake holders.
  • Testing support on new releases and app rollouts for functionality, bugs, performance.
  • Closely work with country loyalty leads to ensure local content needs ae covered at a regional level.
  • Monitor app content performance.
  • Liaison with agencies, outside vendors, designers for timely delivery of projects.

    • Tasks / Competencies

  • You have a bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant work experience.
  • You are highly fluent in English, and every other EU language is a plus.
  • You are collaborative and patient to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales.
  • You have strong writing skills to communicate with internal partners.
  • You have attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data.
  • You have the ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data.
  • You have good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
