Job description:
- You will search for new clients and convince them to work with us. You will sell our service, terms & conditions and try to build long term relationships
- You will work with candidates who have executive experience, listen to their needs and help them in finding the next big step in their career. You will be the candidate's entry point into the firm when it comes to high-level positions
- You will negotiate about the salary your client will offer your candidate; therefore, you maintain a strong relationship between the two parties
- At all times you are in control of the process

Profile:
- We are looking for a motivated, sales-minded and fun personality
- You are fluent in English
- You have at least 5 years sales experience
