Customer Success Representative in Antwerpen

Survey Anyplace is a fast-growing Belgian online software company. We develop and commercialise a unique application that companies of all sizes use to create engaging online questionnaires and personalized reports. Our customer base is widely spread over 56 different countries. More than 50% of our users are in the US. Some customer names: Astra Zeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life. In addition to our existing customer base, every month we are adding a significant number of new clients eager to set everything up and learn their way through the tool. To strengthen our relationship with them we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Representative, willing to guide them out there on how to best use our solution and

Beschrijving

In this role you will be driving On-boarding, Adoption and Upselling opportunities in close
collaboration with the rest of the Sales team.

  • On-boarding: you will help new clients to efficiently use our software
  • Adoption: you will maintain regular contacts with our customers to make sure that they continue to get value from their initial investment
  • Upselling: you will unveil new sales opportunities with our client base

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Already living in Belgium
  • Passion for software and eager to learn
  • Good networking skills, result oriented and good communicator
  • Previous experience in a customer success or account management role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Impeccable English – spoken and written. Dutch and French are a plus
  • Client-oriented
  • Enthusiastic and team-player
