At the start, you will gain deep know-how of different topics within talent acquisition and engineering and the VeroTech way of working. Depending on your affinity you will either work for a certain region or work on a dedicated competence, you will become a strong and successful member of the Talent Acquisition team.

• A role where you're responsible for the recruitment of highly skilled engineers and PhDs
• Receiving formal and on-the-job training which enable you to learn our business model rapidly
• Depending on your seniority, an adapted follow-up from your Talent Acquisition Manager

• Grow in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in all recruitment activities: intake and writing of vacancy, search & match, phone screenings, interviews, references, reporting
• Support the Business Management team: in finding solution for their project needs
• Create and maintain your own network of candidates
• Built relationships with universities, institutes and also the internal VeroTech consultants
• Generate ideas and participate in employer branding
