• Manage our clients’ recruitment activities
• In charge of sourcing candidates while offering and negotiating contract renewals
• Provide ongoing advice and recommendations based on market trends
• Use your people skills to match clients with candidates who are perfectly suited to their needs
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. Structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
• Compose job offer letters and CVs
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Multitasking
• Stress resilient, dynamic and highly motivated 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in French with a strong knowledge of English. Any other EU language is a plus!
   

We will teach you how to:

• use various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, etc.)
• get a technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
