Job description:

• Delivers end-to-end solution to all employees HR/training-related inquiries coming from all team member touchpoints by providing best in class employee experience to the Team member portfolio he/she is in charge of.
• Offers consistent and customer- and with respect to HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Maintains employee information that is accurate & meets legal obligations and assists in HR management and planning.
• Maintains and grows employee satisfaction along the whole journey of employees in collaboration with HR members.
• Handles and responds to all HR/training logistics-related inquiries from HR internal & external customers.
• Covering all aspects of the team member journey within, including fulfillment of conveniences to grow and maintain employee satisfaction, by answering in the best customer-focused way, aiming at first-time resolution and within HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Guide customers for all their inquiries.
• Escalation/reflex to inform on issues & incidents.

• Able to understand and use the functionalities of HR IS applications in order to handle issues employees might experience with them
• Able to review priorities in the function of workload and critical tasks
• Bilingual Dutch/French & able to read, understand and write in English
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes
• Customer support
• Knowledge of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer skills
