Beschrijving

• You manage & develop the membership databases (use & process) in line with organizational strategy
• You work closely with other departments to coordinate changes and integration of additional information
• You monitor the performance of customer databases and help identify opportunities
• You manage user access and troubleshoot any problems
• You maintain documentation for the various databases and write technical documentation specific to administrative tasks

• You speak of French and Dutch fluently
• You posses a bachelor degree (multimedia, new media and communication, web, ICT, ...) or equivalent through experience
• Passionate about databases & data management, you know how to work with Google Analytics and GTM
• You are familiar with inbound marketing and its implementation
• Precise, analytical & flexible, you can be independent but you also like to be part of a team
• You work in a very planned way. You see solutions rather than problems
