• Carrier invoice upload & audit.
• Bill Proposal creation, distribution and follow up.
• Handle questions from LSP´s on outstanding invoices.
• Follow up on missing LSP invoices.
• Follow up on missing loading confirmations with all involved parties.
• Gather outstanding delivery confirmations/documents from LSPs.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for administrative processes.
• Train and support less experienced colleagues in the team.
• Train new LSP’s on the admin processes (upload tracking message, POD, other).
• Master data set up and maintenance such as customer profile, audit tolerances and settings (solving errors, load new data).
• Provide agreed reporting (for instance regarding audit status) to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in follow up calls with LSPs and/or Client.

• Secondary School Diploma – some years working experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Proficient in the standard Microsoft applications: knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is an asset.
• Good communicator with efficient reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results.
• Proactive and willing to take initiatives.
• Problem solver and Team player.
