We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing & Communication Coordinator for the head office in Antwerp.
You are responsible for a wide and interesting variety of tasks, such as:
- Communication:
- CRM marketing: B2B newsletters
- Communication with our independents
- Management of our database Sales Force and of our internal database for pictures (Adiict)
- Product descriptions, prices updates
- Organisation and lead of Social Media webinars
- Press:
- Collaborate with our PR agencies in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Writing / translating / copywriting press texts
- Trade Marketing:
- Visual Merchandising
- POS material
- Corners, furniture in close cooperation with our Responsible for TM
- Merchandising of the showrooms in BE and NL
- Product
- Seasonal multi brand and multi category price catalogue (adaptation of layout and printing together with an agency)
- Management of our product database Addict
- Operational support for our product webinars
- Preparation and presentation of the collections every season (twice a year) during Kick-Off meetings
- You have a degree in marketing or communication
- You like fashion
- You are familiar with social media
- You are strong in copywriting and have a creative pen
- You are stress resistant, accurate and can multitask
- You are open minded, positive and eager to learn
- You are a team player and you motivate others
- You speak and write fluent Dutch, French and English
- You have knowledge of and experience with the MS-Office package & Google Analytics
- You preferably live in the Antwerp region
