Inside Account Manager in Brussels

Beschrijving

  • You will advise and sell customised recruitment solutions to our existing customers by phone and prospect for new customers.
  • You gather information about their recruitment process, the profiles they are looking for and their recruitment strategy. On this basis, you give them the right advice to help them further.
  • You manage your own client portfolio and build your own relationships. Of course, you register everything in our CRM system.
  • You listen carefully to your customers' needs and give them extra training when necessary. In this way, you also discover opportunities for cross- and up-selling.
  • In this function you will report to the Sales Manager Inside Accounts.

  • You are enthusiastic and you sell with a smile in your voice.
  • You get a kick out of a good negotiation and you are result-oriented.
  • You like to work in a team and take initiatives to improve sales.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of English and French is a plus.
  • You are motivated and determined to reach and exceed your sales targets.
