In this role as the customer support specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • You are in charge of all communication with (potential) customers by phone, e-mail, and chat
  • You give introductory demonstrations and consultations of Salonized via phone
  • You will collaborate with different teams, to create an incredible user experience
  • You know our customers by the back of your hand
  • You contribute fresh ideas on how to improve our customer service

The ideal customer support specialist recognizes himself in this profile:

  • You are enthusiastic and communicative
  • You are service-oriented and have problem solving mindset
  • You have (almost) completed a Bachelor or Master study/ form of higher education
  • Your Dutch and French written and spoken skills are excellent, and your spoken and written skills in English are good.
