Besides our store network, we have also our webshop (www.lolaliza.com) and a busy e-commerce activity that will keep growing in the years to come.
In order to spread the most up to date fashion trends and answering our client’s wishes through our webshop, we are currently looking for an Online Merchandiser.

The main mission of the role is connecting clients with the right products and guide users through their customer journeys.
This includes all aspects of the merchandise presentation: images, content, presentation and categorization.
This is a central role within LolaLiza, as you will collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Designers, Buyers, Digital teams, Customer Service, Stock Management, …) to help develop category assortments, product flow, and site layout based on the diverse results of the e-commerce business.

You will be part of an enthusiastic and very dynamic team of 6 colleagues. In this role you will report directly to the E-commerce Manager.

SOME OF YOUR ACTIVITIES AS AN ONLINE MERCHANDISER:

• Create the online assortment merchandising in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager who fuels financial objectives. This includes managing categorization, navigation menu,
  sorting rules, ...
• Perform daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance.
• Responsible for the online commercial calendar of the E-commerce department, as well as the analysis of the different actions.
• Stock Management: making sure e-com has the stock needed in the right product families to reach commercial goals.
• Partner with the Design, Commercial, Marketing, Stock Allocation and E-commerce teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels.
• Use reporting and web analytics to analyze website experience and product presentation to optimize guest experience.

EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION

• You have 3-5 years’ experience in a (Online) Merchandiser role. E-commerce experience is a plus, affinity with fashion is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• You are proficient in Excel and you are able to to analyze data and make recommendations accordingly.
• You are flexible and have great organisation skills; you do not lose sight of deadlines.
• You demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and high attention to detail.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
