Your role & work environment

As a Sr. Learning Consultant you’ll be able to contribute to this ambition and you’ll be responsible for ensuring or consulting the business on the design, development and delivery of local or global learning initiatives, facilitate learning innovation and operational efficiency.



Your key responsibilities

  • Identifying needs: Performing Learning Needs Analysis based on the approved learning business cases in collaboration with the HRBPs and business representatives;
  • Learning Forecast: Creating, submitting and monitoring a learning forecast in collaboration with HRBPs, plan actions accordingly and ensure resources;
  • Developing the learning organization: based on learning needs and evidence-based approaches, create impactful learning journeys and contribute to the design of local/global initiatives;
  • Stakeholder management: A major part of execution will be bringing the organization on board with the new centralized learning programs/platforms, which will replace existing local initiatives. Needless to say, people skills are crucial.
  • Learning branding: as a Learning Consultant you will communicate program objectives, content and planning to the employees/HRBPs in order to create commitment and understanding of learning programs;
  • Vendor Management: Select and/or validate the use of learning vendors and offer support with development of the learning solution.
  • Learning Implementation: Ensure learning delivery and alignment to the organizational capabilities framework while collaborating strongly with business academies; develop learning business cases in collaboration with HRBPs and ensure high-impact learning solutions are implemented. 
  • Evaluation: A crucial step in creating a future-proof learning organization is to evaluate the progress of implementation, establishing the effectiveness of learning programs and using gained insights to optimize the program.

As a Senior Learning Consultant, you have:

  • Minimum 8 years of L&D experience owning learning paths including the full learning cycle: needs analysis, develop, design, delivery, evaluation;
  • Expert knowledge in L&D trends, methodologies, tools and princing standards for learning solutions;
  • Excellent communicator at all levels, proactive, result oriented, determined and confident;
  • Consulting skills, initiative and interested in new developments;
  • Advanced knowledge of employee experience or learner experience;
  • Proven project management skills.
