- Understanding of communication tools and techniques
- Event experience and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and focus
- A collaborative and team-mindset
- Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities
- An eager to learn
Then you are the one we are looking for!
Your responsibilities:
- Build stories for internal communication channels including intranet, internal screens, Yammer Community, all staff mailings, etc.
- Designing, follow up and facilitate employee events (set objectives, execute events, coordinate measurement and follow-up).
- Follow and challenge the production of internal videos (briefing, shooting, postproduction with external or internal supplier)
- Propose creative ideas to generate employee engagement and company pride
- Assist with ad-hoc internal communications projects
- Support the internal communications team on a daily basis
- Any other project, based on our needs and your preferences or experience.
