All the above , with a focus on New Technologies, Innovation, Insight & Data, Internet of Things … in line with the ongoing Digital Utilities Transformation.
As a Senior Consultant, you are part of a team or you lead your team/project. You receive clear role & responsibilities and the support needed to succeed.
- 4 to 6 years experience as a consultant in the Customer Experience / Marketing & Sales domains at a Consulting firm and/or in the Industry
- Practical experience in Project Management and generic consulting skills
- Experience & knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and its challenges
- Affinity with related business processes and IT solutions
- Master in Business and/or Engineering
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Digital Native, eager to learn and rapidly grow in our organization
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills up to CxO level
- Ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments, to work under pressure within given timeframes
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiast, results driven and great team player
