As a Consultant, you are part of a team. You receive clear role & responsibilities and the support needed to contribute efficiently to the project delivery.
Professional Experience
- 1 to 3 years experience as a consultant in the Customer Experience / Marketing & Sales domains at a Consulting firm and/or in the Industry
- Experience & knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus
- Affinity with related business processes and IT solutions
Educational Background
- Master in Business and/or Engineering
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Personal Skills
- Digital Native, eager to learn and rapidly grow in our organization
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills up to CxO level
- Ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments, to work under pressure within given timeframes
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiast, results driven and a great team player
