H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. It’s all about the customer, right!
Today , Customer Service has around 1800 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages.
Your role as a Customer Service Agent:
Your most important responsibility is to make sure that H&M is the customer’s first choice. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service, while answering calls and e-mails. You will assist our Spanish-speaking customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments. You will answer questions concerning both the Online Shop and our stores. H&M is a fast growing company, where changes are normal.
