Business Controller
Would you like to take an important role with responsibilities in a rapid paced and dynamic environment? Are you ready to make an impact with your positive passion?
Your main areas of responsibility will be varied and demanding, with the main focus being on optimizing the selling, controlling the costs and maximizing the profit in a geographical area. It’s a dynamic and varied role within our business, where every day will present a different challenge and learning experience.
Your five key focuses will be:
§ Results Analysis and P&L Follow Up
§ Goal Setting
§ Budgeting and Staff Planning
§ Merchandise: Allocations and Commerciality
§ Store Logistics: ensuring an efficient Garment Flow in store
We are looking for someone with:
Strong analytical skills
A deep interest in business
A strong motivation to constantly improve and achieve your goals
Leadership experience and leadership qualities
An interest for working in a dynamic team
Practical requirements:
Language skills: fluent in English – Dutch – French (spoken & written); any other language is a plus
IT skills: MS Office
Open for frequent travelling in BE/LU and open for career opportunities abroad
