Marketing Coordinator NL/EN in Brussel-Hoofdstad

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our Support Office.

The position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is based in Brussels in Belgium.

JOB ROLE RESPONSABILITIES   

• Responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local media strategy in one or more of the H&M concepts
• Successful implementation and co-ordination of global marketing campaigns across all bought media and owned media channels
• In collaboration with the Sales Team, build, implement, analyze and report on brand & business actions
• Follow up and report on KPI’s and objectives connected to responsibilities
• Liaise with local media agency
• Sign-off media strategy and budget with Marketing Manager
•  Identify new opportunities within media
• Collaborate with PR department on media strategy, influencer strategy & potential opportunities
• React short-term on local selling & traffic situations
• Proof reading and text approvals for campaigns and marketing material
• Responsible for a number of different projects across the year, local projects depending on need
•  Plan, execute and report on project
•  Responsible for local activities and openings
• Work together with Marketing Manager and local team on any ad hoc events or activities Competition reviews
•   Invoice & Budget follow up

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•        Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
•        Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media or brand project management
•       Result driven
•       Analytical skills
•       A fashion background / deep knowledge and passion for fashion
•       Great project management skills
•       Work well under pressure
•       Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
•       Flexible and detail-oriented
•       Fluent in Dutch
•       Excellent level in English
•       Social media knowledge
•       Excellent skills in Microsoft office – word, excel and power point
