Work Description

• The job of a H&M Customer Service Trainer comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:
• Delivering trainings to both new and more experienced colleagues Inspiring others with a positive attitude to work
• Identifying training needs
• Always looking for new ideas and ways to improve training, Contributing to the development of agents

• also need to be fluent in English, in speech and writing.
