Graphic design internship
Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator hold no secrets for you. You can magically transform a vague idea into a clear sketch. Flexibility and personality are very important to us. Graphic design, branding, and illustration make your heart beat faster. As a graphic design intern, you will learn how design and business work together in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team’s initiatives to create stylized, on-brand visuals that complement email, mobile, web, social, and print content
- Help with graphic design projects such as banners, animations, gifs, illustrations, etc.
- Help resize and retouch product and lifestyle images
- Assist with collateral updates across print, web, and mobile
- Assist with organizing, tracking and archiving all visual and graphic assets
- Assist creating presentations and other projects as assigned
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and evolving with the latest design trends
Desired skills & experience
- Working towards a degree in Graphic Design or Fine Art
- Experienced in and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and Sketch
- Knowledgeable in Mac OS and Keynote
- Keen interest in design, photography, and trends
- A strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
- Must be hyper-organized and detail oriented
- Must be a team player and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Experience telling visual stories that engage audiences
- Excited to come up with fresh ideas on how to stay at the forefront of design and innovation
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive with the confidence to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Must submit a design portfolio for consideration!
- Bonus if you have experience with original illustration
