As part of the Retail/Etail team, the role consists of supporting the Key Account Management team through the
different tools and processes in place within GROHE. You will follow up the CRM tool on a regular basis so we can track and improve the in-the-field performance of our account-managers, you will assess the trade terms and
conditions granted to our clients so we can finetune the situation where needed and you will assist in preparing the presentations to clients for the Key Account Management (end of year presentations, product introductions, promotions). You are open in exploring e-commerce as a new channel in Belgium.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong interest / first academic experience in business
management in general and more particularly in the field of sales and marketing.
