• Define communication strategy & plan
• Contact with Communications & alignment with other Tribes
• Execute communication actions on all internal/external channels (emails, banners, social media, branches, intranet…)
• Contact internal stakeholders
• Copywriting + coordinate translations
• Branding validation
• Briefing/contact with external agencies if needed
• Community management (internal channels)
• Funnel / targeting optimization according to analytics
• Monitoring campaigns performance
• Design end-to-end campaigns flow and implement them
• Customer events

• Support to account manager (contact with Merchants to define deals, collect information,...)
• Set up deals in Magento tool
