Today Customer Service has around 3000 employees globally and has so far established 11 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 6 different languages.
We are currently looking for a team leader for H&M's Dutch market.
What does a team leader customer service do?
As a Team Leader customer service for the Dutch market, your main responsibility is to lead a group of customer service agents who help our Dutch customers with all their questions. Your primary tasks will be to support and develop the agents, so that they can offer the best service to our customers in an efficient way. To achieve this, you will hold development talks, give daily feedback and make sure that the other factors that involve our daily business are in balance. You are part of the Team Leader team and report to the Center Operations Manager.
