As a Customer Service employee in Venlo, you work for a very large webshop with all kinds of home and garden equipment and you are the one that handles all French incoming queries!
This can be in different ways, either by phone, chat or by email. In this way all customers can be supported via different platforms with their questions about products and orders.
Besides you interact with customers through responses and reviews on social media. One day you help a customer who has troubles with returning their product and the other day you respond on product reviews and questions.
You will be doing this for the minimum amount of 32-40 hours per week and your working hours are flexible between 09.00 and 19.00.
