We are looking for a Demand Planner tojoin our exciting company. As Demand Planner you areresponsiblefor the demand and supply planning activities to secure the availability of ourproducts complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans,allocation policies and processes.
This role is critical for theaffiliate business team to ensure operational sales plan is executed withneeded operational discipline and to react appropriately to unplanned events tomaximize sales revenue.
KeyResponsibilities:
Trackshipment against demand plan, analyse “forecast left-to-go” and action keydeviations with the affiliate Sales team.
Analysedemand trends in the execution window, sense demand changes, provideinformation to shape demand
Trackand record actual sales drivers
Collaboratewith regional teams to ensure inventory needed in the affiliate is on time andto resolve supply gap as needed
Collaboratewith sales & brand team to agree corrective actions

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
Direct experience: Fresh Graduate to 3 years’ experience
Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and S&OP
Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with statistical forecasting and planning tools
Capabilities:
Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
Ability to strategically identify and validate regional / affiliate industry trends and sales drivers
Strong attention to detail – ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets
Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes
Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done
Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with sales, Brands locally & Regional
Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
