Overview:

The ANTWERP E-Store Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ANTWERP E-Store. This role’s responsibilities include inventory management, maintenance of the infrastructure of the shipping facility, liaising with the Concierge for special requests and orders. The E-Store Associate is also responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders – which involves order processing, pick-pack and dispatch. This role will be based in our ANTWERP boutique, and will report the Digital Operations Manager based in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management

• Coordinate with NY Warehouse and Digital Operations for inventory needs

• Submission of Purchase Orders according to needs

• Receiving of goods and ensuring quantities match

• Maintain stock and supply levels

• Submit Cycle Counts, Month End Inventory, Returns and Quality Control Logs

• Maintenance of the shipping facility infrastructure

• Organize stockroom and ensure work space is safe and clean

• Communication

• Liaising with the Concierge team for special requests or special orders

• Fulfillment

• Process orders from the e-commerce platform

• Pick, prepare and pack orders according to Le Labo’s packaging standards

• Dispatch

• Ensure all orders are dispatched in 2 business days upon receipt of order

• Ensure packages are picked-up by shipping carriers in time

• Submit shipment manifest, and end of day report

• Maintain strong relationships with delivery service representatives

‬Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task

Ability to manage time and prioritize work assignments

Ability to function independently after training to complete assignments

Ability to pay attention to fine details

Must be passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience

Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite

E-commerce shipping software experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills with colleagues
