As a Retail Operations

Coordinator Benelux, you will assist the retail team

with the analyses and preparation of sales reports, for

instance KPI’s (like door growth, average spending, productivity, conversion),

weekly and monthly sales reports, store visit forms and team planning analyses.

You will report to the

Sales Manager Benelux and you will work very closely with the Area Sales

Managers and other departments like training and marketing. You will also be

involved with the organization of strategy meetings and team meetings.

The operational

coordination of the real estate portfolio, facility management and

supporting new door openings will be a crucial part in your role, working

closely with Finance and ICT.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a strongperson in Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) with strong analytical skills.

• The ideal candidate takes ownership, is willing to initiateand coordinate new projects and works structurally in a fast-growing retailenvironment.

• Strong communication skills are required in Dutch, English andFrench.

• We are looking for a personwho understands retail so knowledge of retail and beauty/cosmetics is a bigplus.
