We have a NEW opening for a Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager leads the media agency for the affiliate. He/she diffuses best practices and generates insights on most successful digital marketing and media activities and ensures quick feedback loops to the brands.

For smaller Brand Groupings the Digital Media Manager provides hands-on support on digital marketing and media activation. Four lager Brand Groupings the Digital Media Manager provides expert support.


  • Actively participates in the Brands’ overall media strategydevelopment (supporting brand on quality of briefing), annual and campaignplanning and review process,

  • Supports brand in challenging the agency mediarecommendation (media mix, assets, level of investments,..) to achieve theagreed Brand and Online growth and profit targets for each Brand

  • Consolidates and analyzes key success factors fromcampaigns, ensures sharing of learnings and best practices

  • Responsible for relationship management of media agenciesand partnerships (paid)

  • Ensures measurement, report effectiveness and improveperformance based on KPI measurements such as Return on media spent

  • Supports local technical topics (product feed, TMS (tagmanagement solution), taxonomy adoption,…)


  • Supports all brands in the definition and deployment oftheir social media strategy

  • Spreads Social Digital expertise and contribute tocapability building in support of Consumer Engagement Managers.

  • Facilitates the local Consumer Engagement community

  • Drives integration of new digital talent, especiallyConsumer Engagements

  • Ensures MarTech (marketing technologies) tools adoption bylocal team (e.g; Social Bakers, Popular Chips,…)

  • Leverages global / region joint business plans with globalplatforms (e.g. Facebook, Google…)



  • Agency experience is a big plus, paid media experience and expertise is a must

  • Consultancy/advisory mindset is key

  • Trilingual: Dutch, French and English

  • Relationship builder and strong stakeholder management

  • Project Management skills (Abilities to handle multiple projects)

  • Proactive

  • Challenger

  • Strong communication skills

  • Hands on mentality
