Key Responsibilities;

MERCHANDISING:

  • Responsible for all visual (permanent &launch) Merchandising for Smashbox, Origins, Glamglow and Bumble and bumbleinstore throughout the Benelux.

  • Full responsibility for new door installationsand refurbishments from elaboration to installation in accordance with globalbrand guidelines with all stakeholders (International, retailers, shopfitters,salesforce, …)

  • Management of Merchandising database per brand

  • Full responsibility for new launchmerchandising such as brand planograms in collaboration with International,visual updates, module and shelf navigation updates including forecast

  • Management of Merchandising & Capex budgetand responsible for keeping costs within allocated budget. Check monthlyexpenditures and explain variances vs budget.

  • Support implementation of POS material in thefield

  • PO Management

  • Shipping coordination

TRADE MARKETING

  • Execution of trade activities respectingdeadlines, brand guidelines & budget

OTHER

  • Monitors product related visual assets

  • Responsible for financial preparation &follow-up

  • Support with preparation of CMS, retailerpresentations, PR events, business reviews

  • Monthly report and follow-up on retail sales(per retailer, per door, per brand, per key category, ...

  • Daily contact with International includingEMEA reporting, sales team & ad hoc requests

  • Price analysis and preparing yearly priceincrease

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Required languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)

  • You hold a higher education degree.

  • First working experience of 1-3 years

  • Passion for visual merchandising is a must

  • Accuracy and eye for detail

  • Analytical

  • Autonomous team-player

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
