The Chemical Supply Chain Organization is a global organization managing all the product movements for the chemical company from raw materials to finished products. Within this organization, we have a team focusing on Strategy and Optimization. You can become part of this team!
ExxonMobil in Belgium offers internship opportunities within our Chemical Supply Chain division in Brussels. As an intern, you will discover Chemical Supply Chain by working on improvement projects.
You will:
• Lead and/or support challenging supply chain optimization and improve projects;
• Learn about different supply chain modes (Marine, Truck) for different products (Solids vs Liquids);
• Learn and use the many toolkits used in ExxonMobil to design and optimize our supply chain network;
• Work with third party logistics and distribution service providers, sales and marketing team, manufacturing, and learn the inter-relationship between these functions;
• Have the opportunity to work on innovative supply chain solutions.
You are:
• Enrolled in a European university;
• In the final year of a Master in Engineering in any of the following disciplines: Chemical, Electromechanical, Applied Physics, Industrial or Business Engineering;
• Fluent in English and a command of French or Dutch;
• Available for a minimum of 3 months being an intern.
The internship can take place in our Brussels Campus offices or directly in one of our manufacturing plants (refinery, chemical plant).
