Offering a great opportunity to join the team as Product Manager to manage the product portfolio per channel, retailer & door. As Product Manager you will support in building launch plans, sets prices according to regional and global policies and build volume forecasts per SKU.
Tasks;
Manage product portfolio per channel, retailer, door type
Perform assortment analyses; analyses competitors’ assortment
Relay specific local needs related to products (e.g. locally relevant categories or benefits); iterate with Global / Regional team on local adaptations
Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring (budget, quality, delay), in particular regarding launches, in coordination with Visual Merchandising
Support Consumer Marketing in building launch plans, adapting global guidelines to local opportunities
Coordinate and monitor product related master data process (e.g. local product codes and pricing)
Go to market follow-up in collaboration with supply chain (including SAP Event Management)
Set prices according to regional and global policies
Track competitors’ prices
Set consumer and retailer prices according to regional and global policies
Plan price increases
Monitor pricing plan execution by KAMs, Retail and E-commerce teams
Contribute to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices, exclusivities)
Build volume forecasts per SKU, including all promotional items
Reconciliation between forecast and demand planning
Monthly follow up of gross sales with Demand planning
Report and follow up on monthly retail sales(including launches)
Work closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to monitor stocks; proposes mitigation actions in case of availability or excess issues
Daily contact with EMEA including all EMEA reporting
Build local product offering (e.g. product sets) in coordination with Trade Marketing
Prepare and present product presentations for internal corporate sales cycle meetings. Take lead on the presentation and setup.
Qualifications
Profile;
Higherdegree
4to 5 years marketing experience in a consumer driven environment.
Preferably,this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/orthe luxury industry.
