Then come and join our global team as Project Manager to lead projects of installation/integration of medical imagery systems as well as finishing works of whole medical departments in clinics of the region Brussels.

Reporting to the Project Executive, the Project Manager supervises, directs, and motivates the project team during the entire project lifecycle (planning, estimating, design, pre-construction, installation, start-up, commissioning, and handover of assigned projects). Customer satisfaction is key throughout the complete project execution till the final project completion.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

·       You analyze tenders, plans, construction and contract specifications to determine project requirements.

·       You analyze customer requirements and examine the technical feasibility.

·       You participate actively in the proposal development and select reliable subcontractors to provide special construction techniques (stability, electricity, lighting, HVAC, automation, floor coverings, false-ceilings,...), device installation, special construction or other services.

·       You ensure a proper planning and you run the project in alignment with the schedule.

·       You supervise the implementation & execution plan assuring the effective execution by the project team.

·       You manage the project within the defined financial targets.

·       You manage the contract, the change orders, the claims and any deviation from the contract.

·       You ensure regularly and efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders (internal, subcontractors, client, …)

·       You manage the completion of all needed documentation such as As-Built , technical documents, final acceptance,…

·       You identify and assess all risk factors throughout the project lifecycle, execute opportunities and mitigate potential external claims.

·       You manage subcontractors and supervise their performance and quality.

·       You work in close collaboration with the procurement department and involve them in the subcontracting agreements.

·       You adhere to all compliance and business conduct guidelines of Siemens Healthineers.

Your qualifications and experience:

·       Master degree in engineering (construction, electricity, electromechanics,...) or equivalent through experience;

·       Experience as project manager preferably within construction business (min. 3 years)

·       Fluent in French, English and Dutch (oral and written)

Following knowledge/experience are a plus :

·       Experience within healthcare construction business

·       Knowledge in project management methodologies like IPMA, Prince 2 or similar

·       Knowledge of EHS and legal requirements

·       Experience in Quality Process work especially for project management
