What you’ll learn and do
- Support our selection procedures for junior and experienced applicants, including organising selection days, scheduling interviews, CV screening, discussing candidates with hiring managers, preparing salary offers and contracts, and more.
- Participate in events like job fairs and internal events with PwC's people, and help organise other events.
- Contact specialists from other HR teams, such as learning and development, marketing, payroll and HR operations.
- You’ll be guided through your entire internship and work closely with your coach and other recruitment colleagues.
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in your master’s degree and eager to learn more about the HR world.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people.
- Good organisational skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data-driven.
- Able to express yourself fluently in Dutch or French and English.
