Functie

As a Customer Service Advisor, you handle several questions and problems concerning multiple large brands in Belgium in a professional and client-oriented manner.

You act in an advisory role, offering effective and efficient solutions for potential or existing clients.

In constant interaction with private clients, you offer made-to-measure advice, answer questions, take orders and handle complaints.

You find the right answers and/or correct diagnose when solving problems and questions You ensure the administrative management, treatment and follow-up of inbound calls.

Functie-eisen

  • You are an active listener with a client-oriented approach.
  • You exhibit strong oral communication skills in English, German, French and Dutch.
  • A fast learner, you are strong at multi-tasking within fixed procedures.
  • You are mature, open-minded and know a thing or two about the European Union.
  • You prefer a dynamic, open minded work-atmosphere.
  • You work fluently with most standard PC-Software and show a high level of stress resistance.
  • A first experience within the Contact Center Business is considered an asset.
