Unilin is seeking an enthusiastic candidate eager to learn all about channel marketing, translating a global marketing strategy for the region.

As Marketing Coordinator France, you are responsible for maximizing and regionalizing the global company strategy, marketing plan and implementation for our flooring brands (Quick-Step, Pergo, Vitality, LocFloor, Xpert Pro and Private Labels) within your region. You will be one of the two marketeers working for the French market, both reporting to the French country manager. You will be in close contact with the sales team to ensure maximum alignment between the local customer plans and the Unilin HQ priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Very good understanding of the local flooring market and Unilin sales strategy by close co-operation with local sales team and regular contact with customers.
  • Anticipate the high innovation pace of Unilin by enabling smooth local product launches: define together with sales, follow and execute (together with Marketing colleagues) all necessary steps (such as clear communication on scope and timing, POS lists, ordertool flow, planogram definition, update customer brochures, websites, MTO’s, …)
  • Manage promotional activation and allocated incentive programs for customers
  • Contribute to local activation via organizing trade fairs, (internal) events and road shows, creating newsletters, preparing press articles, align with local advertising agencies, …
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication, as a first contact person, with all stakeholders including regional sales, internal expert teams (marketing, finance, marketing materials) and large-scaled customers.
  • Define relevant KPIs and design dashboard accordingly, to regularly review and analyse all implemented marketing activities and share best practice across all parties involved
  • Accelerates digital transformation in sales teams and implement sales enablement tools and drive adoption: Showpad, CRM, PowerBI,...


  • You have a bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication
  • You have a ‘can-do' attitude and deliver against promise. You constantly challenge the status quo and strive for a perfect execution
