Job Description
During the internship you will rethink how people interact with a contact center. To cover the business case you will explore these tools to create a conversation first experience using chatbots.
This experience provides a natural way of navigating through content on the website without entering data in a classic contact form.
Your goal will be to cover a business process of requests/claims which will be handled by the bot and escalated to the service agents. You will be assisted in your task where needed by experts in the field.
You will present your solution with a presentation and guided training video at the customer and later on internally present it for the Avanade Belgium Business Applications team!
By completing this task, you will have the right mind- and skill-set to become a functional consultant at the leading Microsoft business applications implementor: Avanade.
We are looking for an awesome intern that can join our team starting with December 2020 until August 2021.
PROFILE
· You have a strong interest in CRM and Power Platform Consultancy and wish to emerge yourself in it
· You are a fast learner
· You have strong problem-solving, great interpersonal and analytical skills
· You are in your last year of studies, obtaining a Professional Bachelor
· You have a business knowledge with affinity to IT
· You have a proficient level in English and French or Dutch
