Viva Wallet is the first European payment fintech disruptor entirely cloud based over Microsoft Azure since 2010, now located in 23 EU countries. We devote ourselves to create a wonderful easier experience to businesses of all sizes, innovative acquiring and issuing services through terminals, Viva Wallet POS app and payment gateways for online stores. Furthermore, we offer business accounts with local IBAN and a business Viva Wallet Mastercard.

We are looking for a recruiter to be responsible temporally during the maternity leave of a colleague from end of march until the end of july: the person will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing fruitful hires in Benelux.

Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire retain people who contribute to our company’s growth. In this journey, you will get the occasion to work closely with the team of Benelux & FR and be in touch frequently with all the HR members located in different EU countries.

Requirements

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy,
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives with the managers
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications,
  • Post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc,
  • Source candidates by using databases, social media etc,
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications,
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule,
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes,
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated,
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team,
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process,
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates,
  • Providing support to the HR managers and the rest of the team on different projects.
  • What could you propose us?

  • BS/MS in Human resources management, Psychology, or relevant degree,
  • A perfect knowledge of Dutch & French,
  • a professional English level,
  • Experience as a recruiter could be a great asset,
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews or willing to learn the various selection process,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong decision-making aptitudes,
  • Experience with social media recruiting,
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
