It will be your responsibility to configure their product correctly for the customer. You will have several projects to work on at once and they can all be in a different phase. There will be a lot of variation in both type of customer and type of project.
What you will need to succeed
This position requires a communicative, customer- and contact-oriented person who has analytical skills and an eye for quality. Complex issues fascinate you. You hold a master's degree, preferably in management or mathematical and you have up to 3 years of work experience. You like to optimize processes and organizations with the help of IT solutions. Some knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage. You communicate fluently in English and Dutch or English and French.
