Description
- You are the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
- You provide customers with the information they need.
- You resolve customer related issues and complaints.
- You dispatch tickets to the correct department for any issue you are not able to resolve yourself.
- You provide an excellent follow-up.
- You manage incoming calls, emails and chat.
- You manage client files and keep them up to date.
Profile
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- You have experience in a customer service or commercial role.
- You are customer-centric and show lots of empathy.
- You are proactive, autonomous and a true team player.
- You are familiar with CRM systems such as SAP.
