As a Technical Support Agent you have the next responsibilities:
* Treat all inbound 1st line technical support requests (by phone, e-mail through ticketing system);
* Assist new merchants in set-up of their account technically;
* Assist merchants with the technical issues related to their accounts and transactions;
* Provide additional information about products, offers and technical solutions;
* Participate actively in projects with close interactions with other departments and management;
* Investigate ongoing or new incoming incidents;
* Investigate the technical set up of accounts, transaction statuses and errors, technical parameters, payment pages, errors related to product integrations, etc;
* Ensure continuity of our merchant business by responding quickly and taking correct measurements on day-to-day tasks;
* Provide best in class customer support.
What you will bring to the team:
* Very good relational and communication skills (both written & spoken);
* You have the Can-do mentality;
* Critical mindset & problem solving;
* Team player;
* An eye for details & accuracy;
* Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a similar position/environment;
* Native French and/or Dutch, good knowledge of English;
* Knowledge of internet technologies (e.g. HTML, SQL, logs, Java, webdesign, coding and programming etc …);
* You obtained preferably a technical degree or have strong software technical experience;
* Experience in on-line payments, e-commerce, financial institutions is a plus;
* Experienced in close interaction with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Development...).as a plus.
