RAILREST manages the on board service provision for Thalys (TGV THALYS) RAILREST works with Thalys to continually improve and develop the on board experience for the Thalys customers. On board Thalys trains RAILREST offers at seat service to the 1st class passengers and operates the Thalys Bar. In the stations RAILREST provides platform services and operates the Thalys Lounge and the Information Desk in Brussels Midi station. Our head office is located in Brussels; the 4 operational bases are in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne. RAILREST currently employs more than 350 staff across 4 countries.
