Managing end-to-end solutions for clients

As a key player within the company you will work closely with the account managers and business developers to match Zetes solutions with customer pains in a professional manner.

  • You will provide consultancy oriented towards process optimization and technical integration during the pre-sales cycle.
  • You are a trusted advisor and you take part in the qualification of business opportunities and take responsibility in the choice for the best project approach and the roadmap of our solutions.
  • You will maintain technical understanding of ERPs, processes in the supply chain and related technologies, in order to be able to provide consultancy on the right levels and to anticipate new concepts that fit Zetes’ mission and strategy.

Serve as a Zetes expert

  • You are understanding of the supply chain complexity, logistics execution in warehousing and transportation, processes knowledge and technology expertise (voice, mobility, …) allows you to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Your education level and/or experience and your strong analytical skills enable you to quickly understand the clients’ needs and advise the right solution.
  • You are driven, hands-on and entrepreneurial.
  • Based on excellent communication skills and customer facing combined with a good commercial awareness, you will develop positive long-term relationships at a high level with clients.
  • You are a real team player, motivated and passionate about delivering great products and enjoy being an added value in a team.
  • You speak perfect Dutch. You are fluent in French and English, and willing to travel exceptionally.
  • You are resident in Belgium.
