Elia is the operator of the Belgian high-voltage transmission grid (380 kV to 30 kV) and is responsible for developing and maintaining the grid, providing users with access to it and controlling energy flows. - General:
o Enhance the E-réputation of the innovation team
o Take part to innovation activities to understand the sector and team's challenges
o Support the organisation of workshop/newsletters dedicated to internal and external audience
- Overall innovation communication strategy:
o Get the innovation needs in terms of communication through a round of interviews
o Draft a structured communication strategy linked with the purpose / mission of the team and in coherence with other teams activities
o Present regularly the communication status to the team: based on statistics and feedbacks
- Daily communication - Internal/External:
o Prepare communication posts for innovation team based on bullet points from the members
o Copy writing
o Maintain an overview of internal and external stakeholders/channels
o Be aware of new initiatives and be proactive at communication suggestions
o You have an interest in energy transition and innovative ideas
o You are self-motivated and don't hesitate to come up with ideas for communication
o You speak English
o You don't know what to do with all the ideas that come into your head
o You grit your teeth when you see spelling mistakes
o Have you ever had to use marketing tools (social networks, visuals, mailing...)?
