Beschrijving
As a Technical Support Engineer you will become a technical expert in one of the product lines that our client offers. With your technical expertise, you will support your colleagues within the Sales Team and you will provide technical training, assist with launches of new products and provide on-site training for key users.
You will inform the Sales Team and customers with the most accurate information regarding product specifications, product capabilities and troubleshooting. Beside of that you will also provide technical documents such as Quick Reference Guides, FAQ’s and SOP’s, etc.
You are a young graduate with a technical Master’s degree and a strong interest in high-tech products / systems that will be used within an industrial context. You have strong communication skills and are capable of keeping a good track of your priorities. Providing training and technical information to both your colleagues and clients is what keeps you motivated.
